REGULARLY SCHEDULED ACTIVITIES
Agape Hour—After Liturgy on Sunday mornings in the hall. Everyone is invited to come to the hall and visit with each other.
Parish Bookstore Outreach Ministry—Open following Liturgy on Sundays. The bookstore is in the Ed Center through the doors next to the Great Hall.
Coffee and Donuts with Prez—Sunday mornings following Liturgy. Young adults gather at the rectory for discussion and friendship.
Homeless Meals—1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month
Meet at Hulen Shelter at 5am to prepare breakfast. Breakfast served at 6am. To learn more and to volunteer, contact Winifred Elliott (in the online directory).
Moms Breakfast Club—4th Saturday of the month—9am in the hall. Moms, grandmothers and godmothers are all welcome. An Akathist for children is read & there is a pot luck breakfast. Bring your prayer list!
Bereavement SUPPORT—3rd Saturday of the month—9am in the Chapel for prayer, then to the hall. An Akathist for the Departed is read then the group meets for support and care.
Sweeter Side—Last Thursday of the month at 11:30am in the hall. Adults 60+ years of age meet to hear a presentation, share lunch and enjoy friends.
Man’s Work Group—3rd Saturday of the month following Liturgy
All men are encouraged to come and help with tasks that need to be completed on the parish property: Repairs, upgrades, maintenance, irrigation, landscaping, clearing up and gleaning the grounds. Helpful things: Tools, work gloves, water
St. Olga's Stitcher Guild—1st Saturday of the month following Liturgy - in the hall 9am to 12pm - come and leave any time during the day. Stitching together quilts and other items for charities. 2
The Good Portion Book Study for Women—1st Tuesday of the month—6pm in the hall. Group will discuss and share insights gained from readings. Bring potluck to share.
Reading Plan—2025: Daily Gratitude Journal Book by Nicole Roccas & Thoughts for Each Day of the Year from the Word of God by St. Theophan the Recluse. We may add books on lives of saints as we go forward. 2025 Daily Reflection Reading Plan
