Where can We Find Saints and Learn about Them?
There are many online pages that list saints by their commemoration day, or alphabetically. They may or may not offer the story of their life, or it may be a short or long version. There might be Troparia or Kontakions – prayers to commemorate them. If a saint interests you, find all you can on them online – visit different webpages that might have more or different information. See if there is a book that tells their life. Find daily devotional books that share a life of a saint each day – devotional calendars, synaxarion. There are many resources for learning about Saints. Below are just a few of the websites where you can explore Saints in different ways – by name, by day of year, by daily readings… Our parish bookstore has books on saints, and you can also look for books on saints of interest in Amazon or other book outlets.
